New MRAP-ATV variants on display: New variants of Mine-Resistant, Ambush Protected All-Terrain Vehicle have been unveiled by Oshkosh Defense at an exhibition in Jordan.
The expanded global M-ATV family of vehicles includes two multi-mission models -- the M-ATV Standard and M-ATV Extended, each with multiple variants. The M-ATV Standard is designed to provide response and support capabilities for a range of offensive and defensive missions in off-road environments.
The MRAP-ATVs deliver increased capacity for troops and equipment in for a more diverse range of mission profiles, including special forces operations, the company said.
